Several years ago, my friend Miss Chloe did a movie entitled Squatters Rights in which she dealt with a squatter who had come into her house and began claiming squatters rights there. This is a remake of that movie entitled squatters rights 2 and I am determined in this movie to make the point that Miss Chloe clearly failed to make in the making of the first movie and be sure that the dirty squatter does NOT try this again with any other woman
